Bulk QR Code Generator

Paste one link or text per line, or upload a CSV, and get every QR code in one ZIP file. Good for product labels, event badges, tables, asset tags and classrooms.

Optional file name: add a comma and a name, e.g. https://example.com/table-1, table-1. Up to 500 codes.

Ready.

How bulk QR generation works

  1. Paste your links or text, one per line — or upload a CSV/TXT file with the content in the first column.
  2. Optionally add a comma and a file name to each line so every image is easy to find.
  3. Choose PNG or SVG, the size and the colours, then press Create ZIP.

Everything happens on your device. Your list is never uploaded, which makes the tool safe for private links, ticket codes and internal asset numbers.

Ideas for bulk QR codes

CSV format

A simple file with one value per row works. If your first row is a header such as url or content, it is skipped automatically. To set names, use two columns: content, then file name.

Step-by-step example

Say you run a restaurant with 20 tables and want each code to open the menu with the table number, so orders reach the right table. Paste lines like these:

https://example.com/menu?table=1, Table-1
https://example.com/menu?table=2, Table-2

…and so on up to 20. Press Create ZIP and you get 20 images named Table-1.png, Table-2.png and so on, ready to send to the printer. A spreadsheet makes building the list easy: put the link in column A and the name in column B, then save as CSV.

PNG or SVG for bulk codes?

Choose PNG if you will place the codes in Word, Canva, PowerPoint or a label program. Pick a size of 1000 px or more for print. Choose SVG if a designer or print shop will lay out the codes in Illustrator, InDesign or Affinity, because vector files stay sharp at any size and are tiny to send.

Printing many codes

Bulk QR codes and privacy

Many online bulk generators upload your list to their servers. HAYAQR does not: the codes are created inside your browser, and the ZIP file is built on your computer. This matters when your list contains ticket numbers, internal URLs, discount codes or customer IDs.

Static codes: free forever

Every code is a static QR code: the content is stored in the code itself, so it never expires, has no scan limits and does not depend on our website. If you need to change where a code points later, link to a page you control (for example your own website) and change that page instead. Learn more in dynamic vs static QR codes.

Frequently asked questions

How many QR codes can I make at once?

Up to 500 per batch. For more, run several batches.

Are bulk QR codes free?

Yes, completely free with no watermark or sign-up.

Do these QR codes expire?

No. They are static codes that contain your content directly, so they keep working forever.

Can I use my own file names?

Yes. Add a comma and the name after each line, or use a two-column CSV.

Can I make bulk Wi-Fi or vCard codes?

Yes. Any text works, so you can paste one Wi-Fi string or vCard per line. For single codes, the Wi-Fi and vCard tools are easier.

Is my list uploaded anywhere?

No. The codes and the ZIP file are created in your browser, so your list never leaves your computer.

Can I add a logo to bulk codes?

Not in bulk at the moment. Use the QR Code with Logo tool for individual branded codes.
