By accessing or utilizing our website, QR code generators, scanner utilities, vector export functions, and related digital services located at https://hayaqr.com/, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must cease usage immediately.

2. Permitted Use & User Conduct

HAYAQR provides a free tool for personal, educational, commercial, and enterprise applications. You are welcome to create QR codes for websites, restaurant menus, product packaging, Wi-Fi connectivity, digital business cards, and marketing flyers without paying licensing royalties.

However, you agree NOT to use HAYAQR to generate QR codes that link to or contain:

• Malicious software, trojans, ransomware, viruses, or spyware.
• Phishing schemes, credential harvesting, or deceptive scam campaigns ("quishing").
• Defamatory, obscene, hateful, violent, or unlawful material under applicable international law.
• Content that infringes upon third-party trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property rights.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & QR Ownership

Your QR Codes: You own full, unencumbered rights to the visual barcodes, designs, and content you generate on HAYAQR. You are permitted to reproduce, print, display, and commercially exploit these codes globally without watermarks, royalties, or attribution.

HAYAQR Platform: The HAYAQR platform, including our brand name, logos, original software code, UI templates, design styling, and written guides, are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, mirror, or repackage our core engine as a competing service without prior written authorization.

4. Printing Verification & Scanner Reliability

While HAYAQR utilizes standardized, ISO-compliant QR generation algorithms (ISO/IEC 18004), scanning reliability depends on several physical factors outside our control, including physical print resolution, paper material, camera sensor quality, lighting conditions, and color contrast.

User Verification Mandatory: You are strictly advised to test-scan your generated QR code across multiple physical smartphone devices and camera apps before committing to large-scale commercial printing (such as brochures, billboards, business cards, or retail boxes). HAYAQR is not liable for any financial losses or reprinting costs resulting from unverified codes.

5. Third-Party Advertisements & External Links

HAYAQR displays commercial advertisements served by Google AdSense and third-party ad networks. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any products, services, or websites linked via these advertisements. Your interactions and business transactions with advertisers found on HAYAQR are solely between you and the respective third party.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
