Why won't my printed QR code scan?
The three most common causes of scanning failure are low color contrast (such as light gray on white paper), insufficient quiet zone margin around the outer boundary, and printing smaller than the recommended 2 x 2 cm minimum size. Boost error correction to High (H) if you embedded a center logo.
Will my QR code stop working after a certain number of scans?
No. All QR codes created on HayaQR are static barcodes that encode data directly into the matrix pattern. They do not depend on external redirect servers and will continue scanning indefinitely for life.
Can I edit the destination URL after printing?
Static QR codes have the destination permanently burned into the pattern. If you need dynamic flexibility, we recommend pointing the code to a URL under your control (such as a redirect link on your own domain or subfolder), which you can redirect on your server whenever needed.
